Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for The Provision of Behaviour Insights, Engagement and Research work The DPS will operate solely by competition. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and all supporting documents. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS have 2 options: Option 1 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request at initial creation of the DPS. Option 2 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request following initial creation of the DPS and/or at any time throughout its duration. The number of contractors submitting a Participation Request and the number of contractors approved to participate in the DPS will not be limited. The Council will be using the Dynamic Purchasing System Procedure, tenders must be returned by no later than 12 noon 8th March 2022 in accordance with the ITT instructions. As part of the tender process a supplier briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams at 2:00pm Tuesday 15th February 2022.
