<p>Contact Centre Telephony and Workforce Management.</p> <p>Essex County Council (ECC) seeks input from the market to inform the scoping of a potential procurement opportunity concerning its future Contact Centre solution. Our aim is to provide ECC with modern, flexible, cost-effective technology solutions for its Contact Centres and we are looking for potential suppliers to engage with us on market solutions.</p> <p>This market engagement opportunity is open only to suppliers appointed to Crown Commercial Services framework RM3808, lots 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 13.</p> <p>ECC seeks to engage with suppliers to explore market solutions for its future Contact Centre requirements, in two areas. First, ECC seeks demonstrations from vendors of Contact Centre solutions that meet its core requirements, including Workforce Management for its main contact centre (&lsquo;Contact Essex&rsquo;), Libraries and Registrations. Second, ECC seeks engagement with suppliers with expertise and experience in designing, implementing and supporting modern Contact Centre solutions.</p> <p>Suppliers are invited to read the Supplier Guidance document associated with this opportunity and provide their response by 12:00 on 14th February 2022.</p> Keywords: Workforce Management, Contact Centre Telephony, Contact Centre
