CBC Temporary Housing Support Service - AWARD

Tender description

Crawley Borough Council invites tenders for the provision of a support service to work with vulnerable households within temporary accommodation and those it has assisted into the private rented sector via the Crawley Deposit Service as set out in these documents. The Council has a maximum budget of £57,500 per annum to deliver this service. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 1st April 2022 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of one year until 31st March 2023, with an option to extend for up to a further four year period (four possible extensions of one individual year) subject to performance and at the absolute discretion of the Council (if funding can be secured). The Council is procuring this contract following the Light Touch Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The contract value of the maximum five year term is £287,500.
