<p>Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is an organisation with an ambitious update and change programme to be achieved by 2022 (our &lsquo;Fit for 2022&rsquo; programme). We are in the process of refreshing our whole leadership development offer. The BCHC Systems Leaders programme will be a key component of our refreshed leadership development offer.
