Tender description
Shetland Islands Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake a range of ad-hoc maintenance works across a range of buildings for which the Council has responsibility. Each contract will be regulated by the NEC3 Framework Contract June 2005 (with amendments June 2006, April 2013). The contracts shall generally comprise the services as individually detailed. Joinery Services – Ad-hoc - 13,000 GBP 1. Reactive Maintenance Works 2. Planned Maintenance Works Electrical Services – Ad-hoc - 18,000 GBP 1. Reactive Maintenance Works 2. Planned Maintenance Works
