Manufacture and supply Pre Cast Concrete units and edge beams as drawings, to also include a trial assembly. Manufacturer and supply East Riser unit Manufacturer and supply West Riser unit Manufacturer and supply East Cill unit Manufacturer and supply West cill unit Manufacturer and supply East Parapet infill concrete unit Manufacturer and supply West Parapet infill concrete unit "Full scale assembly of all beams in precasting works. - Crane to be provided by PCC and all necessary lifting equipment and documentation. - PCC manufacturer to replicate all setting out positions for bearings as detailed on drawings (these will be issued at a later stage) at their premises prior to undertaking the trial erection. - all setting out to be undertaken by PCC manufacturer and checked by JMS Associate/Engineer." Transport of PCC units between location of manfacture, position of trial erection and site compound. Storage of PCC units at PCC manufacturer's premises until ready for delivery to site. Vesting agreement for units may be required. Reconnaissance / swept path analysis of transport route Standing charge for 1No trailer on site for 1 week. (to include weekend) PCC Manufacturer to provide a tractor unit during the core possession to aid the maneuverers of the units as of when required. Please allow for 12 hour shifts.
