Request for Information: Market Consultation on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Services Contract

Tender description

The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) is conducting a market consultation in relation to an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Services Contract. The purpose of the consultation is to invite views and commentary on the IaaS Services Contract terms and conditions from Cloud Service Providers who provide IaaS and suppliers who provide IaaS system integration services directly (i.e. not via a reseller). Lot 1: The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) is conducting a market consultation in relation to an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Services Contract. The purpose of the consultation is to invite views and commentary on the IaaS Services Contract terms and conditions from Cloud Service Providers who provide IaaS and suppliers who provide IaaS system integration services directly (i.e. not via a reseller). Details on the consultation process, including how to respond to same, can be found in the ‘IaaS Services Contract Market Consultation Participation and Explanatory Document’ attached to this notice. Responses to this consultation must be submitted no later than 12:00 (Noon) (Irish time) on Friday 10th February 2023. Any clarifications relating to any aspect of this market consultation should be directed to the messaging facility on www.etenders.gov.ie. The clarification deadline is 12:00 (Noon) (Irish time) on Friday 27th January 2023.
