Prior Information Notice for the Provision of Accredited Healthcare Degree Educational Materials

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition, nor a commitment to purchase. A call to competition may be placed within the next 12 months. University of Galway does not require a response to this PIN. In response to a call from the Higher Education Authority to develop increased capacity in selected healthcare degrees, the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at University of Galway is proposing to develop a new pharmacy degree programme, a new graduate entry medicine degree programme, and a new graduate entry nursing degree programme. To enable the University to commence these programmes, the University intends to procure educational material relevant to these degree courses, in the following three Lots: Lot 1: Complete curriculum or modules thereof from an accredited pharmacy degree programme. Lot 2: Complete curriculum or modules thereof from an accredited graduate entry medicine degree programme. Lot 3: Complete curriculum or modules thereof from an accredited graduate entry nursing degree programme. Further details of any individual procurements (to include some or all of the above-listed Lots) pursuant to this notice will be advertised in due course. University of Galway anticipates publishing a call for competition in this regard in the first half of 2023.
