Tender description
Project ADDER aims to build on the existing work and multi-agency partnership working structures to achieve sustained health and crime outcomes. This funding will run until the end of the financial year 2022-23. Hastings has been identified as one of four pilot locations for this funding due to high rates of drug deaths and high rates of heroin and crack cocaine use. In Hastings, the funding will be branded as 'Project ADDER'. This housing specialist intervention is needed to support some of the most vulnerable members of this cohort into specialist treatment and to sustain their accommodation, as stable accommodation is a key tenant of sustaining recovery.
