Corserv on behalf of Corserv Facilities Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to to construct a steel frame shed at Higher Carvinick Farm Shortlanesend under an NEC 3 minor works contract. You should include for all labour, plant and materials (unless stated otherwise) within your price using the activity schedule attached in Appendix - A. You should also allow for all preliminaries, supervision, management and small tools to complete the works. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 100% Price.
