Tender description

Cornwall Council has been seeking mechanisms by which it can strengthen the capacity of the VCSE sector across Cornwall, and how it can build a stronger partnership with the VCSE sector in order to achieve this, and to support its own future commissioning and service delivery. To this end it wishes to contract Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum to continue to build Infrastructure, Communications, skills and Capabilities across Cornwall within the VCSE sector, and between the VCSE and Public and Private sectors. CVSF provides a specialist service across Cornwall with regard to voluntary sector development. Cornwall Council has identified a clear set of services it wishes to purchase from CVSF in order to enhance the interaction it has with the VCSE sector, and to deliver more effective and efficient commissioning of services from the VCSE sector.
