Tender description
<p>The London Borough of Merton wish to appoint a supplier to provide advice on Pay and Reward structure design, supported by benchmarking against the pay market, for its workforce and managers. This will constitute the first stage of a redesign and implementation project which will be delivered by a Merton project team, which will seek to ensure that Merton has a pay and reward structure that is fit for purpose whilst continuing to minimise equal pay risks, and which results in grade pay ranges that are informed by market benchmarking.
