Term Service Contract for the provision of Reactive Maintenance, Remedial Works & Planned Preventative Maintenance Services ("TSC") - Contract Extension The University intends to extend the current six year TSC agreement with Graham Asset Management Limited (T/A Graham Facilities Management) for a period of 15 months, anticipated to expire on Wednesday 1st May 2024, as it prepares to tender for the provision of building maintenance services.
