Royal Borough of Kingston Council Security and CCTV Monitoring Services

Tender description

Following a failed an accelerated open procedure procurement exercise for the provision of security services including CCTV monitoring and manned guarding, to ensure continuity of service provision and smooth mobilisation to a new contract, in accordance with the Public Contract Regulation 32, The authority adopted a negotiated procedure without publication the Council invited Gurkha Security Services Ltd (GSS Ltd) a constructionline GOLD accredited contractor to submit their tender which was evaluated in the same way as previous procurement, based on the predetermined quality and price weightings. This new agreement will be valid for one year with the option to extend for a further twelve months whilst the Council determines its proposed long term delivery model.
