Tender description
ICT and Learning & Development (L&D) have used external assistance to help deliver training on rollouts of ICT technologies and other IT applications that are used across the EPA. Examples include Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Additionally, the EPA also has a requirement for service provider support to business units on an ah-hoc day to day basis in the resolution of issues arising from ICT training and other ICT support needs. In order to continue this service, the EPA is procuring a service provider which could then be engaged over three (3) years with the possibility of a one (1) year extension on a needs basis.
