The East Riding Supply Service (ERSS) is a funded Local Authority service that supports over 150 schools and academies and some Council specialist services (herein referred to as Customers) with the coordination of temporary staffing. The council seeks information from the market on a solution to allow the ERSS to deliver these objectives including: • Rostering and booking • Payments • Reporting and Business Intelligence • Communication with workers and schools • Efficient and streamlined processes that wherever possible reduce manual processing and increase automation • Commercialisation of service
