P0015 Specialist Support for Developing Contract Training Material

The objectives for this Work Order are: - to provide specialist support services to enable CD&A team to successfully deliver and maintain the training material developed under phase 1 taking into account changes external and internal changes - to support CD&A scope the requirements for developing training material for the supply chain, relating to the following subject areas: o Awareness of National Highways model contracts o Understanding of National Highways core requirements from their supply chain o Improving transparency, understanding of contractual elements and improving the way National Highways interact with suppliers - to provide a high and consistent level of specialist advice and services, in the development and drafting of contract training material. - to continue to support the development of the CD&A team (promoting High Performance Team aspects) - to ensure a transfer of knowledge to the Client's staff during, and on completion, of this Work Order to enhance the in-house knowledge and experience for the development of future contract training
