Newcastle University will enter into a contract with Crimson to supply services as part of the Admissions System Project to support the Universities Admissions System and the ‘Apply to Newcastle’ Portal to maintain the Admissions application process. Lot 1: Total number of call off days 240 to include but not exclusively or implicitly due to the Agile nature of the project • Dashboards and Reporting • Agent B2B enhancement • Kanban items as specified based on business need • Knowledge Engine • Student Wellbeing integration • Web Integration • Delivery and BAU Support • Training and BAU Handover Support - BAU support of a maximum of 75 days over a 12 month period
