NHS Golden Jubilee Cardiac Perfusion Consumables

Tender description

NHS Golden Jubilee’s Cardiac Perfusion Department has the requirement for the supply of consumables, which have been divided into 4 LOTS; Adult Tubing Pack, VAD Priming Tubing Pack with ECMO Accessory Pack, Adult Oxygenator and Cardioplegia Device 4:1. The Contract will be let for a period of 3 Years, plus an optional x2 12 month extensions, to be taken at the Boards discretion. Lot 2: Supply of Cardiac Perfusion VAD Priming Tubing Pack & ECMO Accessory Pack The Board has the requirement for VAD Priming Tubing Packs to support approximately 40 cases per annum. In addition to this, the Board has the requirement for an ECMO Accessory Pack to use with the above during ECMO cases, to support approximately 20 cases per annum. These products must be manufactured to Circuit Diagram(s) provided. Bidders must refer to Overview of Requirements and relevant Specification document for full scope and mandatory requirements. All of which are included within the additional documents section of the portal. These quantities may fluctuate in line with service demand, therefore, is not binding to NHS Golden Jubilee Board. Lot 3: Supply of Cardiac Perfusion Adult Oxygenator The Board has the requirement for Adult Blood Flow Rated Oxygenator with Hardshell Venous Reservoir and Integrated Arterial Blood Filter, to support approximately 1,400 cases per annum.
