West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust invites expressions of interest to provide a managed service for its c1300 car parking spaces on the West Suffolk Hospital site, for a period of five years with the option of further two years extension With effect from 1st July 2013, the Trust will require a contract for the management of staff, patient and visitor parking to be fully operational in a barrier-controlled environment. A management fee will be offered for daily monitoring of adherence to the Trust’s parking policies. Consideration will, as part of the tender process, be given to alternative methods of securing income currently circa. £900,000 a year.
