The Project is for the provision of Converting the current laundry production at Altnagelvin Hospital to “Alternative Textiles”. The project includes modifications to mechanical and electrical services and building fabric; including; • Removal of redundant equipment • Upgrading of high pressure steam installation • Reconfiguration of laundry equipment production layout to improve efficiencies. • Purchase, installation and commissioning of new laundry equipment • Installation of additional heating • Refurbishment of WC • Associated mechanical, electrical and building works
