Invitation to Tender for an Ulster-Scots Product Development Initiative- including developing audio driving trails, mobile apps, interpretive signage, brochure, and video. Lisburn City Council, in partnership with Newtownabbey Borough Council and Carrickfergus Borough Council seek to appoint a suitable organisation to deliver a range of product development initiatives surrounding the Ulster Scots theme. These product development initiatives come as recommendations from the Ulster Scots Feasibility Study on the three Council areas, completed in March 2013.
