Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) wishes to commission a suitably experienced researcher / research company to undertake evaluation research which provide evidence to demonstrate if, and if so, to what extent the Small Pockets of Deprivation (SPOD) programme offers Value for Money, in particular if the additional resources provided through this programme in the funded neighbourhoods bring benefits commensurate with the levels of expenditure. The methodological approach to be adopted will be the Social Return on Investment (SRoI) model.
