University of Ulster is a leading HE institution based across 4 locations in Northern Ireland. Voice services at the University are currently provided by Siemens ISDX systems. To ensure it receives best value for money the University is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations to provide a maintenance service for its DX systems commencing 1 June 2014 for a period of two years with two possible one year extensions.
