Soft Market Test: Minor Works Framework 2023

Tender description

Leicestershire County Council (‘the Council’) is preparing to reprocure its Minor Works Framework which is due to expire in August 2023. The Council would like to consult the market prior to tender being issued. It is currently anticipated that the tender will be advertised in early 2023. Soft Market Test questionnaires can be accessed and response submitted via the above portal by 12 noon on Monday, 19th December 2022. Estimated value at II.1.5 Estimated total value is indicative only and subject to change / confirmation at contract notice stage. It is to include framework's full term including extensions. Lot 1: This market test exercise is to allow the Council to seeking information from the industry to help determine the best approach for a reporcurement of Minor Works Framework. Currently, the framework allows award of contractors up to £2m, with the vast majority of works being of small value.
