Tender description

A Mechanical Services Contractor [Main Contractor] is required to undertake the conversions and upgrade of existing boiler plant at Armagh Community Hospital. The work will centre on 5 no. boiler houses on the site and the scheme will involve both converting and replacing existing boiler plant with natural gas fired alternatives and associated works. In addition the Health & Social Care Trust seeks to compile lists of Building and Electrical Contractors to undertake the associated Building and Electrical Works. The Mechanical Services Contractor [Main Contractor] will only be permitted to enter into Domestic Sub - Contract arrangements with Building or Electrical Contractors named on these lists.
