Tender description
We are looking for a single provider to provide patient transport for on the day discharge patients from the acute Hospitals in Sheffield as well as short notice transport requests for patients registered with a Sheffield GP. Other requirements include a transport office that will carry out screening and booking transport for all short term noticerequest for transport.
