<p>Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) are looking to appoint a contractor for the refurbishment of four consulting rooms and a waiting room with associated services including supply and installation of fire alarm, access control and call assistance at Molehill Copse Clinic, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 7NB.</p> <p>Bidders must be able to demonstrate all of the following at the time of bidding and for the duration of the construction works:<br> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Must be Constructionline registered with minimum ‘Silver’ verified status;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Must be NICEIC or NAPIT registered;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Must be BS7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certified;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Must hold BAFE SP203-1 Certification;&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Must have successfully carried out similar types of work at healthcare (NHS or Private), or other comparable ‘live environments’ within the last 5 years.</p> <p>Site visit dates will be held on the 8th December,2022 at 1100 hrs with an alternative being held on the 12th December, 2022 at 1100 hrs.</p> <p>Type of Contract:<br>JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Design (2106 Edition)</p> <p>Works are anticipated to commence February 2023, with completion by the 31/03/2023.</p> <p>KCHFT would currently like potential suppliers to express their interest in this opportunity which will be completed via the Proactis e-procurement portal.
