Tender description

The Contract is for the: • Disconnection, removal and disposal of existing units to be replaced. • Supply and installation of replacement units incorporating the following: Each system will utilise one air cooled outdoor unit heat pump, supplying 1 or 2 indoor fan coil units dependant on the size and layout of each area and system to be replaced. The system will be fully optimised to run on 410A refrigerant. Both indoor and outdoor units will be positioned to ensure easy access for future maintenance and replacement.
