PSNI - Grosvenor Road PSNI Station - Internal refurbishment

Tender description

Scheme is to refurbish the existing cellular office accommodation to provide open plan office space, meeting rooms and welfare facilities. The scope of works will comprise: •Altering the existing internal layouts to provide open plan office accommodation, meeting spaces and welfare facilities for C1 at first, second and third floor levels. •Replacement floor finishes. •Replacement of existing ceilings and ancillary works where necessary to expose existing concrete ceilings. •New lighting and emergency lighting installation to meet current Building Control Regulations and codes of practice. •Replacement of internal doors, frames, architraves and ironmongery. •Internal redecoration. •Replacement of general power, telephone and data installations to suit internal layout changes and end user requirements. •Upgrading and modifications to the existing fire alarm system. •Provision of new intruder alarms and access control in line with End User requirements. •Provision of replacement heating and ventilation systems to meet current Building Control Regulations and to suit the new layout
