Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of works which involve the removal of the existing fire alarm installations to approximately 12nr separate buildings within the Ballymena Estate and replacing with new fire detection systems all complying with ‘L1’ detection standards. Works will also include installing anti-ligature heads to the existing sprinkler system where appropriate and undertaking any fire stopping measures as identified/necessary. The contract period will be approximately 15 weeks.
