<p>The Splashpad is a very popular feature situated in the Jubilee Park in Wallingford. Unfortunately, the splashpads water features and their mechanisms have now begun to fail, and its surface has started to deteriorate causing puddling and drainage issues, which is due mainly to heavy usage, weathering, and its age. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of this project in full and until satisfactory completion (including the defects period). He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that the Main Contractor is adhering to latest Industry Standards, Codes of Practise, Rules, and Regulations and the employing of Safer Systems at Work</p> Keywords: Leisure , Splashpad, Plant Room
