Tender description

This preliminary business case TOR relates to the public realm works at Grand Parade Quarter. Cork City Council was approved €46.05million under the URDF to develop the Grand Parade Quarter. This includes the development of the library site, and public realm of Tuckey Street, South Main Street, Bishop Lucey Park, Pedestrian Bridges and Wansford Quay. This call for tenders is for the public realm element only. The development of the library site is a separate business case.
