The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (COCH) has a requirement for a non-emergency patient transport service to predominantly cover: Chester, North Wales (including Border with Chester, i.e, Queensferry, Shotton etc.). There will also be an ad-hoc requirement to provide out of area patient transport as well as occasional bariatric patient transport.
