Tender description

An initial piece of consultancy work has been carried out to review the organisation’s high-level structure and operating model. This brought together detailed organisational data, understanding of best practice and the requirements of a future model as an evidence base, and made a set of recommendations which have been developed into a proposed change programme plan. Following the Phase 1 review, the Combined Authority is seeking an organisational change partner to support the implementation of the recommendations. Lot 55482: Organisational Change Delivery Partner Following the implementation of the Mayoral devolution deal, a review of the senior structure of the organisation, and associated operating model was required to ensure the organisation is best structured for the next 3/5 years and can accommodate any future additional growth.
