Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS) have a requirement to treat the roads & paths round their estate with a white de-icing agent. Because the treated areas will consist of pedestrian areas as well as roads, NIPS require a white de-icing agent to reduce the dirt and grime carried into the buildings and to prevent stains and residue on the carpets and other floor surfaces. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
