Tender description

The project is for: Internal reconfiguration of Carrick 4 to form 16 bedrooms (4 Female and 12 Male) interview rooms, treatment rooms and office accommodation. Complete replacement of all of the ward windows. The upgrading of sanitary ware fixtures and fittings to ensuites and shower rooms, upgrading of ironmongery to Anti Ligature standard, boxing in heating system pipe work and radiators, redecoration and reflooring. Installations of a new passenger lift to access Carrick 3 on the first floor. Provide landscaping for 2 enclosed sensory gardens. The Contract period for this scheme will be 16 weeks.
