This measured term contract is for the delivery, supply and installation of Built-in Furniture to properties within Northern Health & Social Care Trust: Trustwide Northern Health & Social Care Trust comprises Trust Facilities in the following NHSCT Districts of: Northern Sector 1. Causeway District • Causeway Hospital • Community Facilities in Ballymoney, Coleraine, Ballycastle, Portrush and Portstewart 2. Mid Ulster District • Mid Ulster, Braid Valley and Moyle Hospital sites • Community Facilities in Maghera, Magherafelt, Cookstown, Ballymena and Larne Southern Sector 3. Antrim District • Antrim Area and Holywell Hospital sites • Community Facilities in Antrim, Randalstown, Ballyclare and Toomebridge 4. Whiteabbey District • Whiteabbey Hospital site • Community Facilities in Newtownabbey, Whiteabbey, Carrickfergus and Whitehead The contract covers built-in works orders up to a maximum value (per order) of £25K and will be measured from a Schedule of Rates The contract will run for a period of 1 year with an option to renew thereafter and by mutual consent for a further period of 4 years.
