NHSCT Anti-Ligature Upgrades Phases 2 & 3.

Tender description

The Project is for the provision of Anti-Ligature Upgrade Works to Mental Health Units including Carrick 1, 3 and 4, Inver 3 and 4, Tardree House and The Villa at Holywell Hospital, Antrim and the Ross Thomson Unit at Causeway Hospital, Coleraine. The Works briefly include the following; Carrick 1 – Suspended Ceiling Replacement Works (and associated Electrical Works), Replacement Windows, Upgrading of Sanitary Ware, Fixtures and Fittings to Bathroom, Toilet and Shower Room, Upgrading of Ironmongery, Miscellaneous other Works and Minor Redecoration. Carrick 3 – Replacement Windows, Upgrading of Sanitary Ware, Fixtures and Fittings to Toilets, Shower Rooms and Bathroom, Boxing in Heating System Pipework and Radiators, Upgrading of Ironmongery, Miscellaneous other Works and Minor Redecoration. Carrick 4 – Upgrading of Sanitary Ware, Fixtures and Fittings to Ensuites and Shower Room, Upgrading of Ironmongery, Miscellaneous other Works and Minor Redecoration. Inver 3 – Replacement Windows, Upgrading of Sanitary Ware, Fixtures and Fittings to Toilets and Bathroom, Boxing in Heating System Pipework and Radiators, Upgrading of Ironmongery, Miscellaneous other Works and Minor Redecoration. Inver 4 – Replacement of Curtain Rails with Anti-Ligature type plus Miscellaneous other Works. Tardree House – Replacement of Light Fittings and associated Builders Works. The Villa - Suspended Ceiling Replacement Works (and associated Electrical Works), Replacement Windows, Upgrading of Sanitary Ware, Fixtures and Fittings to Toilets, Alterations to Toilet Cubicles, Boxing in Heating System Pipework and Radiators, Upgrading of Ironmongery, Miscellaneous other General Builders and Electrical Works and Minor Redecoration. Ross Thomson Unit – Replacement of Cubicle Curtain Tracks to Wards with Anti-Ligature type.
