NHS Bradford Districts & Calderdale CCGs are procuring GP IT and CCG corporate IT services, on behalf of 7 partner CCGs (Airedale, Wharfedale & Craven, Bradford City, Bradford Districts, Greater Huddersfield, North Kirklees & Wakefield). There is an ever increasing demand for digital services, the procurement will focus on quality service delivery, resilience and user satisfaction via a sustainable, innovative and flexible delivery model. To enable the CCGs to operate more flexibly to meet the changing demands of the local and wider health economy. From a regional perspective it is essential to recognise the alignment the 7 CCGs have as members of the West Yorkshire & Harrogate Health & Care Partnership. The intention is to select a single provider to which 2 separate contracts will be awarded. One contract will be held by Calderdale CCG on behalf of Calderdale, Greater Huddersfield, North Kirklees and Wakefield. The other contract will be held by Bradford Districts CCG on behalf of Airedale, Wharfedale & Craven, Bradford City & Bradford Districts. The fundamental IT services to be delivered will enable effective commissioning and delivery of health & care.
