Tender description

Maintenance & Repair of Fire Alarm Systems on all Campuses, namely Jordanstown, Belfast, Coleraine and Magee. Contract to commence 1st August, 2012 and finish 31st July, 2015. Approximate value of contract is £250,000 over the three year period (possibility of 2 x 12 months extensions). The contract will cover various versions of Gent fire alarm addressable systems including Winmag systems, supervisor computer, vigilon systems, mimic panels, node panels, DAU panels, speakers, interfaces , vesda and FM 200 systems. The contract will cover 4 planned maintenance visits per year for testing the systems and recording test results. All repairs are included in the contract to provide fully operational systems fault free.
