Macra Agricultural Skillnet seek training provider for Professional Hoofcare training

Macra Agricultural Skillnet provides part-funded training to young farmers the agri-food sector. We are procuring a trainer for training provision. The purpose of this RFT is to appoint one or more training providers with knowledge and experience in hoofcare training. The successful training providers are estimated to train approx. 100 participants annually, running hoofcare training courses approximately six times throughout the year dependant on Skillnet Ireland funding. The tenders will be assessed on a number of criteria including value for money, location/area served, group size catered for, availability of module descriptor and course content, availability of training facilities where applicable, reputation/experience and sustainable/green credentials. Companies/ organisations should be in a position, on awarding a contract to supply Macra Agricultural Skillnet with a Tax Clearance Code and a copy of their insurance. The provider will also be required to enter into a contract with the network to comply with our operating procedures. Lot 260087: Macra Agricultural Skillnet seek training provider for Professional Hoofcare training The successful tenderers will deliver training, and monitor and gather feedback from participants from January 2023 through to December 2024, subject to Skillnet Ireland funding and a performance review after 12 months. On completion of the 12 month contract, following review of performance and success measures, this initial term may be extended a further 12 months through to December 2024. It is anticipated that the training delivery will begin immediately, with an estimated 100 people trained
