Tender description
Invest NI with the support of/in collaboration with the Law Society and the Bar Council require a bespoke study examining the strength of Northern Ireland as a centre for effective commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution including proposals for its promotion and improvement. The study must include expert analysis, insightful conclusions and actionable recommendations. The Contractor will also engage with an agreed working group throughout the study.
