GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, SNOW CLEARING AND GRITTING SERVICES. For and on behalf of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Nottinghamshire County Primary Care Trust (PCT) Nottingham City Primary Care Trust (PCT) Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust for and on behalf of the partners listed above is seeking to set up contracts for the provision of Grounds Maintenance and Snow clearing/gritting services to agreed schedules of work and locations. The contract will be awarded and managed by the 4 NHS Trusts who are participants of this contract on an individual lot basis. The output based specification will vary with each NHS Trust and individual pricing will be a requirement of this contract. Applications will be accepted for one or multiple lots. Lot 1 Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts Lot 2 Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Lot 3 Nottinghamshire County PCT Lot 4 Nottingham City PCT TUPE This could involve approximately 12 personnel. As part of a transfer of undertakings in line with the provisions of the European Acquired Rights Directive EC77/187, the transfer of undertakings (protection of employment) regulations 2006 as amended (TUPE) and the cabinet office statement on staff transfers in the public sector and the code of practice on workforce matters in the public sector and the annex to it, “A fair deal for staff pensions” will apply
