Tender description
The regeneration of Hind Street through the provision of up to 1400 new homes will contribute to the Council’s emerging Local Plan Brownfield policy and set a standard for future development in the face of the climate emergency. TO deliver these Homes WBC need to relocate the pressure reduction infrastructure in order to develop on the land. This contract sets out the phase 1 of this relocation.
