Tender description

In pursuit of its Digital Transformation outcomes, Westminster City Council requires a Software Service Provider to provide a complete hosted IT solution in support of providing a full end to end service for the provision of Highway Services to the Council. This solution will be cloud based and be compliant with EToN, NRSWA, TMA and LoPS. The solution will meet the functional requirements of the following Council services: Street Works, Highways Inspections, Highways & Public Lighting and Nightscouts and shall include but is not limited to the below: * System alignment to the needs of the service * Compatibility with the corporate finance system * Enable management reporting, expenditure and budget tracking * Enhance mobile working * Improve the Customer Experience * Social Value outcomes * Cost reductions
