Hackney Business Survey 2022/23

Tender description

We want to gain an understanding, through a telephone survey of our circa 24,000 Hackney based businesses, of the following: Business circumstances under key topics of: current trading conditions; costs and operations; levels of reserves held; business strategy and planning; business support and/or government loans. Business knowledge of and access to: available business support in London; existing networks by geography, sector or topics of interest. Business perspectives under key topics of: future commercial outlook; confidence and resilience; priorities for business support/ finance; interest in networking by geographic area, sectors or topics. The supplier must conduct at least 1,000 interviews lasting at least 15 minutes, but no longer than 20 minutes, via telephone.
