The Maternity Transformation Programme would like to commission an England-wide evaluation of the implementation of Equity & Equality: guidance for Local Maternity Systems ("the guidance") to assess to what extent the aims and values of the guidance have been met, the effectiveness of the guidance, and to identify learning and make recommendations.
