Design, Production and Delivery of "Portview" Magazine

Tender description

Larne Borough Council wishes to produce two editions of a Portview Magazine promoting Arts, tourism, sporting and Community Events within the Borough. The magazine is produced on a bi-annual basis, a summer issue followed by a Christmas issue. The finished documents are to be delivered to Royal Mail and the independent distributor if applicable for household delivery and the remainder to Smiley Buildings, Victoria Road, Larne on a date to be mutually agreed. The Company awarded the tender will be responsible for distribution and will arrange delivery dates and deadlines with Royal Mail Door to Door. It is important that the winning Tenderer, books Royal Mail Door to Door for all BT40 postcodes and arranges delivery to a small number of addresses within each of the following sectors: BT38 – 540 properties, BT39 – 390 properties and BT44 – 220 properties immediately after the tender has been awarded. The Council understands that an alternative supplier to Royal Mail may be required to deliver to the addresses outside of BT40.
