Project_2087/ ITT _3657 DCAL/ The Ulster Scots Agency- Evaluation of Core Funding Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure/ The Ulster Scots Agency (DCAL) wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. The Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure/ The Ulster Scots Agency require a service provider to undertake an independent value for money evaluation of groups in receipt of core funding. 3.1.1 These groups are: • The Ulster-Scots Community Network • The Ulster-Scots Language Society • The Ullans Speakers Association Documents can be downloaded from CPD's electronic tendering system (eSourcingNI).
